# Craftsman 1-Story Home Design (C1005)

A one-story Craftsman plan designed for empty nesters, with a large master suite and expanded closet/sewing room area on the main level.  As you enter through the porch and foyer, there's a semi-open dining room with built-ins at the front along with an office and open stairway.  The dining room opens to the living room through a pass-through in the built-in cabinets, and the living room boasts a stone fireplace and additional built-ins with transoms above.

The large open kitchen features an island with seating for 4, and a separate family desk area and breakfast nook.  The main level continues with a large family-sized mudroom, separate laundry, and 3-car garage.  The finished lower level was designed for a side-sloping lot and includes 2 additional bedrooms, bathroom, and family room.

- Main floor finished area of 2240 SF, and 3270 SF in total with the lower level
- Full basement with finished lower level & lookout windows

- Craftsman details with detailed gables, columns, and stone accents
- Interior details with the stone fireplace and the custom built-ins
