# Modern Prairie Style 2-Story (P3307)

A modern prairie style home that showcases the clean lines and broad horizontals associated with prairie architecture.  Simple details such as the banding across the front with cedar shakes below and horizontal siding above emphasize the lines, with attention paid to window sizes and locations.

With the separated bedrooms and public spaces this home works well for a family situation, with 3 upstairs bedrooms, a main level guest suite/office, and a large master suite.  The plans include an additional bedroom, bath, and family room in the optional lower level basement.

**Project Details:**

- Total finished are of 3395 SF on the main and upper floors
- Open floor plan with mission-style interior details
