Family-Focused Craftsman (C2725)

This is a new craftsman home design that was based on a smaller home plan that I had completed earlier.  I wanted to make the spaces just a bit bigger to accommodate a growing family, with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths and laundry on the second floor.  This home plan also includes a partially finished basement option.

Project Details:

• Family oriented craftsman home with 4 bedrooms upstairs
• Total finished area of 3000 SF on the main and upper floors
• Optional finished space in the lower level basement
• Upper level with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and upper level laundry
• Open plan with formal dining room plus office and 9' ceilings
• Craftsman details with cedar shakes, angled columns, and a stone accents
• Interior craftsman details with the stone fireplace and trim
