This efficient one story design provides a smaller footprint on a single level, yet includes 3 bedrooms, 2 baths plus an office.  The home is designed for either a basement or slab foundation, and could easily be modified for a crawl-space if desired. 

The elevation leverages simple craftsman style details with the front gables, angled porch columns, and double-hung windows.  The main level features 9' ceilings and an open floor plan, with a bonus office that could be used as a nursery or music/art room. The primary suite is designed as a private sanctuary and is situated away from the main public spaces.  The front bedrooms share a full bath, and the mudroom and laundry area keeps things neat and tidy.
