Efficient Craftsman 2-Story Home (C351)
This design is focused on a growing family with 4 bedrooms and laundry on the upper floor, and a semi-open floor plan on the main level. The goal is to have room sizes large enough to work for everyday life with younger kids, but keep the overall footprint on the smaller end. There's just enough separation between the rooms for kid-friendly spaces vs. hosting family and guests, with details like a butler's pantry and craftsman fireplace. The home plans also include full basement for optional finished space or storage.
