Modern Mid-Century Design (M2219)

This efficient design provides a smaller footprint that works well on a sloped site.  The simple, modern exterior elevation takes cues from mid-century designs with the low-pitch roof, broad eaves, and angled front porch.

The main level features 9' ceilings and an open floor plan, with two smaller offices for work-at-home couples or families looking for a separate play room or music/art room.  Large windows and a built-in window seat take advantage of the views, while the clean lines and built-in features provide architectural interest and function.  A screen porch provides additional living space that's close to the kitchen for outdoor dining.

The lower level was designed as a walkout basement with additional living space and a tuck-under garage, but can also be modified to suit other site requirements.   It features 9' ceilings as well, with an additional bedroom, full bath, family room, and exercise room to complete the efficient use of space.
